This was a package put together by Keffer Dodge in Charlotte, NC for 96 and 97 year models, after the Panthers highly successful season. They were ALL on black Sport models, so this customer has added the chrome door moulding and chrome wheels. They’re still several out there. I remember seeing 2 more of them near where I live, when they were new, and we live and hour and a half away.
